Ferdis First Aid exists to help you meet all your first aid requirements. Since we were first established in early 2000, we have reliably served both businesses and individuals across the Western Cape and greater South Africa.
From first aid training to restocking first aid kits and delivering supplies, we go above and beyond to make sure you meet all the relevant health and safety requirements.
We strictly adhere to the regulations as set out by the Department of Labour and strive to keep our prices as competitive as possible, allowing you the peace of mind you need and giving you one less thing to worry about.
Our history
Ferdis – an amalgamation of the words “Ferguson Distributors” – is a family-owned and operated company established in Hout Bay in 2000 by Founder, Ian Ferguson. With a background in the pharmaceutical industry, Ian began his own business venture trading in first aid and other medical supplies.
The company grew from strength to strength and in later years, Ian was joined by his two sons, Matthew and Luke Ferguson.
As a qualified and practicing firefighter, Matthew assumed the role of first aid training manager and, with a background as the Finance Manager for a FinTech company, Luke later assumed the role of managing director of the company.
